Logistics Analyst - Aircraft Supportability Test
& Evaluation
Job Description: Develop, evaluate, and provide input to
requirements, contracts, and documentation to ensure ST&E requirements are
included. Develop Supportability Test Plans to ensure Systems (ship, weapons,
and aircraft) and their appropriate IPS elements undergo Supportability Test
and Evaluation processes. Execute supportability test plans and provide
supportability test results and reports. Evaluate, plan, coordinate, and
provide logistics support of the test program. Respond to Program Office,
Headquarters (HQ) and other agency data calls/requests with documented
information, briefings, meetings and/or guidance for ST&E.
Conducts logistics, supportability, reliability,
maintainability, and operational analyses/tests and provides recommendations
for tailoring, optimizing, and establishing logistics element requirements in
support of aircraft weapon systems. Analyzes logistics, maintenance, supply,
and total ownership cost data to recommend the most cost-effective maintenance
concepts and sustainment strategies, identify supportability issues, or
evaluate ECPs. Develops metrics/methods to measure/monitor the aircraft weapon
system. Performs logistics test evaluation for the F-35 air vehicle.
Education/Training: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university, or 6 years of additional acquisition or operational logistics
management experience may be substituted for a degree.
Experience:
At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in operational logistics
support/maintenance engineering. Able to perform all functional duties
independently.
Citizenship/Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Top Secret
security clearance
Facility
Security Officer (FSO)/Admin
Job Description: The candidate will be the Facility Security Officer (FSO)
responsible for the leadership and management of security professionals at the
Jahn Corporation facility in Lexington Park, MD. This position is not
eligible for remote work. The FSO will “supervise and direct security measures”
within the facility. They will direct activities that support DoD collateral
programs and will guide to assure compliance with applicable National
Industrial Security Program (NISP) and other security requirements. The
candidate will manage and enforce numerous DoD security programs and
requirements including classified contracts. Candidate will develop and
implement policies relevant to security and emergency response drills,
exercises, and self-inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements. Successful completion of CDSE’s FSO Curriculum for
Non-Possessing Facilities and ITPSO Curriculum.
As the Security leader, the candidate will be the primary
security liaison between Jahn Corporation and the government customer and
Prime/Sub Contractors. The FSO oversees all security activities and guides all
personnel, including supporting program managers in achieving key goals. The
selected candidate must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
with program management, program personnel, cyber security personnel, external
security professionals, and contract security personnel.
In addition to this functional expertise, the successful
candidate will possess strong people-leadership skills and a collaborative
attitude. The successful candidate must be customer and team-oriented and be a
working manager functioning with minimal direction.
The candidate will
provide senior administrative support services within the corporate office.
Provide administrative support directly to executive staff. Prepare, process,
and modify forms, letters, reports, memorandum, and briefing material, and
create charts utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.). Schedule conference rooms, and meetings and coordinate changes when
required.
Experience:
Current Active Top Secret security clearance.
3 Years of security experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the National Industrial Security
Program and related training.
Experience and familiarity with the U.S. Government
NISS/DISS/NBIS system.

Radar Engineer
Job Description: Apply
advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to develop
system solutions. Perform functional analysis, design trade studies,
requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer
requirements into hardware and software specifications as well as develop
complex algorithms and participate in systems integration and test activities.
Support the design, development, and testing of receiver and exciter subsystems
used in ground-based, airborne, and shipboard radar and electronic warfare
applications. Conduct dynamic analyses, interface with vendors, test RF and
Mixed Signal circuitry, and interact with engineers or other disciplines.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Radar engineering
experience. Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools. Demonstrate
analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer focus with proven
ability to drive complex technical issues/challenges to closure. Experience
with Algorithm definition/development.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in an
engineering field such as electrical, systems engineering, computer science, or
computer engineering.

Data Link Systems Engineer
Job Description: Support
the Mission and Avionics T&E Division, Navy Test Wing Atlantic (Patuxent
River, Maryland). Working on innovative technologies to maintain air
superiority in support of Air Warfare and Surface Warfare mission areas.
Tasking to include, planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting for
testing capabilities in support of mission effectiveness. Applies engineering
principles to research, analyze, plan, design develop, implement, test, or
evaluate systems. Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses,
reports, and other technical documentation. Apply engineering experience to
perform system integration, design, configuration management, quality assurance
testing, or acquisition and resource management.
Experience: At least five (5) years of professional
engineering experience in research, analysis, planning, designing, developing,
testing, or evaluating systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Testing of data links, airborne radar, and/or data fusion. Knowledge of
tactical data link networks, phased array radar, and/or electronic warfare
systems.
Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an
engineering discipline, including computer engineering, electrical engineering,
network engineering, or physics.

Electrical Engineer
Job Description: Seeking
motivated engineers looking for hands-on engineering opportunities, promoting

Contribute to electrical engineering design, integration, and testing of
electrical interfaces, audio and visual systems, digital data networks, and

is preferred. Ability to generate, read,
and comprehend electronic schematic diagrams. Experience with electrical
engineering design and test experience with electrical systems. Utilization of
engineering tools such as AutoCAD is strongly desired. Additionally, experience
with CAD, circuit simulation, and circuit card assembly (CCA) design.
Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an

Cyber Security (Information Assurance Specialist)
Job Description: Developing
the processes needed for housing classified materials. Providing plans and
processes for the maintenance of facilities and electronic equipment. Provide
weekly, monthly, and yearly audits of all equipment and facilities.
Understanding of the government Risk Management Framework (RMF) Cybersecurity
process. Provide training information to the engineering staff on new
developments. Willing to be a team player on multi-projects to help the
customer obtain the necessary certifications for their systems. Understanding
of Information Assurance and Program Protection best practices.
Experience: 5-10 years of practical experience and
either a broad background in numerous cybersecurity technologies/policy
organizations or a deep background in specific cyber technology.
Education: Master’s Degree in a
relevant technical field (engineering, computer science). The candidate should hold or be in the
process of obtaining cyber certifications, i.e. CompTIA Security+.
