AIRCRAFT LOGISTICS ANALYST

Functional Description:  Performs various tasks in the area of Test and Evaluation (T&E) of logistics support products utilized in the field of Naval Aviation.  Developing test methods to evaluate logistics support products such as, technical publications, support equipment, maintenance manpower, training systems, supply, packaging handling shipping and transportation, as well as other product support elements used in support of US Navy and Marine Corps military aircraft and system programs.

Develops and drafts administrative documentation, test plans and reports required to conduct and document the results of formal Supportability Test & Evaluation (ST&E) assessments of the use of maintenance related technical publications, support equipment, training, manpower and other logistic support elements required to be utilized for F-35 ITF aircraft maintenance and logistics operations.

Reviews and analyzes F-35 aircraft maintenance and logistics related documentation and processes to identify testable requirements and opportunities, then coordinates with engineers and maintenance personnel to plan and execute ST&E evaluation events.

Attends Integrated Working Groups, Test Readiness Review Boards (TRRB) and Executive Review Boards (ERB) for Flight and Ground testing at ITF to ensure no supportability areas are impacted and are correctly documented in the test plan.

Uses F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and Operational Data Information Network (ODIN) as well as other program and DOD databases to access F-35 operation, maintenance and supply information to research and evaluate support for F-35 fleet.

Working knowledge of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 (NAMP), DoD Deficiency Reporting, Naval acquisition / life cycle management processes and proficiency in the use of latest Microsoft Office Suite products very beneficial.

Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information.  Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems.

Education: BA or BS degree. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional six (6) years of acquisition or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a BA or BS degree.

Experience: Journeyman level of 3 to 10 years of experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering, and a BA/BS degree; or 9 to 16 years of experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering without a degree.

SENIOR ASSISTANT PROGRAM MANAGER, TEST AND EVALUATION (T&E)

Job Description:  Providing Test and Evaluation support to the PMA-231 Program Office at Patuxent River, MD 20670.

The Assistant Program Managers have the following responsibilities (Depending on the Platform):

Support the development of test strategies for PMA-231 programs.

Support the documentation of test strategies in Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) or MTSs.

Support test planning and execution by coordinating the exchange of information between the Integrated Test Team (ITT) and Integrated Product Team (IPT).

Support T&E Working Integrated Product Teams (WIPTs) and other key reviews.

Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.

Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking.

Supporting technical studies, analyses, and planning to refine test verification methods and approaches.

Experience: Must have 10+ years of experience. Navy acquisition and test experience required.  Must be familiar with Microsoft applications.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience; a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret and/or Top Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
